Will you ship it?
Most items are made to order and shipped within 3-5 business days. shipping is via usps and the cost is a flat rate of $3.00 and $0.75 for each item added. local residents may arrange for pick up.

Can I return it?
I hope that you love each item you purchase. However, I understand that may not always be the case. Returns will only be accepted if there is a flaw in the making of the item (ie. wrinkled or lifting vinyl, faulty snap). Custom pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded. If it’s the wrong size, read on!

Can I exchange it?
If the wrong size was ordered, exchanges will be honored. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items should be in original condition.
